At Ibrox Parish Church we have around 150 members and a good number of regular visitors.
As well as the Sunday services, there are lots of activities during the week. People of all ages come along to join in, and they aren't all members of the church. Everyone is very welcome, from tiny to ninety.
Our congregation is part of Glasgow Presbytery and the Church of Scotland.
Ibrox is a great community of about 8,000 people and is on the south side of the Glasgow's River Clyde. There is a real identity to the Ibrox area with homes, shops and businesses on the Paisley Road West, a very busy main road running through South Glasgow.
We are not the only church in the Ibrox area as there are a variety of other Christian churches and a Muslim Mosque.
Glasgow once was the industrial capital of Scotland and amongst the more famous sights are the Kingston Bridge; the Clyde Arc Bridge; the Glasgow Science Centre and Festival Park and we are the home of Glasgow Rangers FC who are neighbours and play at Ibrox Park.
The name Ibrox is believed to come from the Gaelic for "badger's set".
